Our standard check in time is at 2 PM, while check out is at 11 AM.

Early Check-in is subject to availability on the day of arrival. Guests are advised to contact the Front Desk in advance or upon arrival for early check-in requests. Complimentary Early Check-In: if a room is available after 12:00 noon, early check-in can be granted FREE OF CHARGE (subject to availability) Check-in before 12:00 noon: 50% charge of the nightly room rate will apply for check-ins as early as 6:00 AM. In case you arrive ahead of check in time, you may leave your luggages with us so you can explore our facilities or nearby areas.

Late Check-out requests are subject to room availability on the day of the departure. Guests must confirm with the Front Office desk prior to 11:00am. Late check-out until 12:00nn can be granted FREE OF CHARGE (subject to availability) Late check-out until 2:00pm will incur a 50% charge of the nightly room rate. Late check-out after 2:00pm will incur a Full 100% nights rate.

Each of our rooms have a private veranda with seating where you may smoke. Smoking inside the rooms or on property is not allowed.

Yes, we have an infinity pool for kids and adults overlooking our beachfront. If private pools are your thing, our Executive Family Suites each have a private jet pool.

Yes, we offer Day Tours. The rate would be ₱350 for kids (3-11yo) and ₱500 for guests above 12yo. This includes 5hrs use of our infinity pool, pool area (tables, etc), pool towel, shower area, basement parking, and WiFi.

There is a per night rental fee for all rollaway beds and cribs.

We do require presentation of a valid government-issued identification at the time of check-in.

We offer surf lessons with licensed surf instructors in collaboration with San Juan Surf School (₱600/hr for beginner lessons; ₱700/hr for intermediate lessons). Surf boards and surf leashes will be provided as well. You may also opt for photo and/or video packages starting from ₱250.

We accept bank transfer, QR (for GCash or Maya), and credit cards.
